What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
No personal information is collected by using our site except when using the enquiry form.

When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you fill out a form or enter information on our site.
When you sign up and attend for a course your personal information will also be required.

What personal information do we collect when signing up for a course?
When registering for a course either by phone or email, as appropriate, you may be asked for your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help us with your booking.

How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, request a quote, send an enquiry, respond to a survey or marketing communication, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • Process your transactions.
  • Submit result notices to applicable accrediting bodies.
  • Inform you of new developments regarding certification and courses.

How do we protect your information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. This is done automatically by our web hosting partner, and is not conducted by TCS NDT Pty Ltd.
Our site only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers through the site.
We use regular Malware Scanning on all desktop computer which contain any personal information.
Credit card payment are processed through Xero and ANZ. Information regarding transaction including, but not limited to, credit card numbers are stored according to PCI DSS v3.1.

Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information unless we provide person/s with advance notice. This does not include parties who assist us in operating, conducting our business, or serving our candidates, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release information when it's release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety. 
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
