Magnetic Particle Inspection Course
About Magnetic Particle Testing
Magnetic Particle inspection is a Non Destructive Testing method for the detection of surface or near surface flaws in ferromagnetic materials such as steel and iron. Detection of these flaws is achieved by establishing a suitable magnetic field in the test article, applying magnetic particles to the surface which collects at the site of the flux leakage. Magnetic Particle Testing is conducted in a range of industrial applications, with portable and non-portable systems.
TCS NDT has diverse range of testing samples covering weldments, castings and forgings, and equipment including fixed and portable methods. The course will provide all the training requirements for certification with BINDT or AINDT.
